Bill for thinking, not for writing it up

Client calls, workshop notes, proposals and status reports are most of the week, and almost none of it is the work you are actually paid for. Speak it once and let it land as finished text, a summary and a task board.

  • No bot in client calls
  • Meeting to proposal in one pass
  • Per client notebooks
  • Fully private mode

How it fits the day

01

Client calls write themselves up

Both sides of the call are recorded as separate tracks with speaker labels, and one click turns them into a structured protocol with decisions, action items and discussion points. Nothing joins the call, so you never have to explain a bot to a client.

02

The follow up email is already drafted

One action produces a follow up draft from the actual transcript. The AI is instructed never to invent a decision, a task or a name that was not said, so what you send is what happened.

03

Proposals, dictated

Speak a long section straight into your document editor and it arrives punctuated, structured and formatted for that app rather than as a wall of raw transcript.

04

Every engagement keeps its own memory

Notebooks per client, wiki links between them, and search that finds the note about the pricing discussion even when it never used those words.

05

Action items become a board

A meeting's action items become a Kanban board in one action, with due dates and reminders, without retyping anything you already said.

Where it earns its place

Status without the Sunday night

Talk through the week once; the summary and the task updates come out of the same pass.

Confidential

When the client says no cloud

The on-device meeting mode keeps recording and transcription on your machine.

Questions

Questions

Will clients see a recording bot?

No. Recording happens on your computer, so no extra attendee appears. You should still tell people you are recording, which is both good practice and, in many places, the law.

Can I keep different clients separate?

Yes. Notebooks, boards and meetings can be organised per client, and search runs across or within them.

What if a client forbids cloud processing?

Use the on-device meeting mode and the fully private dictation mode. Nothing is uploaded. The detail is on our security page.
