No. Mr.Speech works on your own computer, inside the apps you already use. Nobody else needs an account for you to record, dictate or plan. A team version is in early access, by invitation.

Will my team feel monitored?

There is no emotion, sentiment or engagement scoring, ever. Recording happens on your machine, and you tell people when you record. Recognition of voices runs on your machine and is never shared with other users.

Can I keep board-level topics private?

Yes. In the fully private mode, dictation, notes, search and the transcription of recorded meetings run on your machine with no internet. Online, processing runs on European infrastructure.
