What twenty seats unlock

One workspace. Meetings that end as tasks. Teammates heard by name.

This is the team half of Mr.Speech, and it is not in the free plan. After 5 October nobody gets it free. The twenty seats that do use all of it for two months and tell us what to build next.

Team seats only

The meeting ends as a task list

Turn a team meeting into draft tasks on your team board, review them, keep the ones that are real. The follow-up is written before anyone leaves the call.

Team seats only

Names, not Speaker 2

Mr.Speech learns your teammates' voices, so a team meeting reads like a conversation between people instead of numbered strangers.

Team seats only

One workspace for the whole team

Meetings, notes and plans live in one place your team can open. No more forwarding a summary to four people who each file it somewhere else.

Everyone spells it the same way

Client names, product names and the words only your industry uses go into one shared vocabulary. Every transcript across the team gets them right.

Teammates join with a link

You send a link, they are in. Nobody else on the team needs a plan of their own for the two months.

Room to actually use it

3,000 minutes of cloud transcription and 480 minutes of live meetings per person, every month. Enough that nobody has to ration it.

How this works

Five steps, and you know where you stand at each one.

01

You apply

Three minutes. We ask about your team and the tools you already work in, because that decides how much we can actually help you.

02

We read every application

Applications close on 5 October 2026. There are twenty seats, so this is a real read, not a queue.

03

We pick the teams we can help most

You hear from us either way, within a week of the closing date. A no is a no with a reason, not silence.

04

Two months, free

We set your team up on a call. Everyone is working in it the same day. No card, and no invoice waiting at the end.

05

You shape what ships

A short call every few weeks and a direct line to the people writing the code. The first teams in have already changed how this product works.

The honest part

What we are asking for in return.

This is not a free trial with a nicer name. We are picking a small number of teams because we want to work with them closely.

Use it for real work

Your actual meetings and your actual notes. A team that tries it twice in October teaches us nothing.

Tell us when it is wrong

The bad transcript, the button nobody found, the thing that made someone go back to typing. That is the whole point of a beta.

Half an hour, every few weeks

One short call with the people building it. You talk, we take notes, and you see your own words in the next release.

Apply

Tell us about your team.

Three short steps. The second one is mostly tapping, and it is the part that tells us whether Mr.Speech fits the way your team already works.

Step 1 of 3
  1. Your team
  2. How you work
  3. What you want to fix

We write to this address either way.

Three to five. Small enough that we can set every one of you up properly.

About three minutes. We read every application ourselves, and everyone gets an answer.

Before you apply

The questions we would ask.

What does it cost?

Nothing for two months, and we do not ask for a card to start. Before the two months end we will tell you what it costs after, and you can walk away then with your notes and meetings exported.

Why only three to five people?

Because we set every team up personally and we want to be reachable while you use it. A twenty person rollout is a different job, and we are not pretending we can do twenty of those at once.

My team is bigger than five. Should I still apply?

Yes. Pick the three to five people who would use it first and tell us about the rest in the last question. Several of the teams we are talking to are doing exactly that.

Which computers does it run on?

Windows, Mac and Linux. Your team can be on a mix, which is normal and which we test for.

Do you listen to our meetings?

No. We do not sit in on your calls and we do not read your notes to build features. There is also a fully private mode that keeps transcription on your own machine with no internet at all. What we process, and where, is written out on our privacy page.

What happens to our data if we stop?

Your notes are files on your own disk the whole time, and meetings and transcripts export out. Stopping does not strand anything.

When do we hear back?

Within a week of 5 October 2026. Everyone gets an answer, including the teams we cannot take.

20 seats

Two months. Your team. No card.

Applications close on 5 October 2026. It takes about three minutes.
